Thai Beef Cashew Stir Fry

Thai Beef Cashew Stir FryHere in Thailand we eat everything with rice, for breakfast and lunch, if it is not the normal steam rice then we use sticky rice and sometimes rice noodles. For this recipe, Thai Beef Cashew Stir Fry, you could you the rice of your preference.

There is an idea about eating too much rice makes you fat, but it does not really apply to Thai people, especially not the strong & ripped Thai boxers that kick ass all over the world and maybe it will not apply to you if you are training as hard as we train in Samui Fight House.

The problem with eating too much rice is not eating too much rice; it is eating too many calories that are going to make you fat. The good thing about rice is that it is very difficult to eat too many calories of rice because when you cook rice it expands a lot together with the water you cook it with and in the end you would have to eat an enormous amount of rice to get too many calories. So, enjoy your rice.

A long day of Muay Thai training has been done here on Ko Samui, with a grueling morning session and a beast workout for the afternoon. Now it is time to refill those empty muscles with rice and a tasty Thai Beef Cashew Stir Fry. Which our own, The Fighting Chef will teach you how to cook.
Enjoy!
