  1. Heat the oil in a medium frying pan, add the garlic cloves, chilies, onion and stir fry for two minutes then add the ginger and stir for another minute.
  2. Add in the minced beef together with the cashews and stir just until the beef starts to get cooked through.
  3. When it starts to get cooked through add in the shiitake mushrooms, sesame seeds and cook until the beef is cooked through.
  4. Add the broccoli, soy sauce, coconut sugar and stir to mix. Serve this together with a soft white rice.
